Super ECL Plus 免疫印迹底物是增强型化学发光(ECL)过氧化物酶的底物,可帮助用户在免疫印迹分析过程中实现低表达或高价值蛋白的检测。
Super ECL Plus 底物可为使用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)偶联物的免疫印迹实验提供明亮的信号,对低表达或高价值蛋白检测灵敏度很高。该 ECL 底物能够兼容各种膜、封闭液和宽范围抗体稀释液,以出色性能、通用性和高性价比,满足用户的免疫印迹应用需求。
Super ECL Plus(超敏)特点:
1. 具有极高灵敏度:检测硝化纤维素膜或 PVDF 膜上低表达或高价值的蛋白条带;
2. 长信号持续时间:条件优化的情况下,经底物孵育的印迹条带能够持续输出 6 至 8 h 的可检测光信号;
3. 价格经济:配方经过优化,适用于浓度极低的抗体检测。• 0.2-1 μg/mL 一抗(或 1 mg/mL 的稀释 1:1,000-1:5,000) • 10-50 ng/mL 二抗(或 1 mg/mL 的稀释 1:20,000-1:100,000)

注意事项
1. 发光液曝露于强光下时间过久灵敏度可能有降低,操作时注意避光。戴手套可以避免在膜上留下手印。
2. 长时间曝光会加深背景;蛋白过量,会使条带强弱变化
失去线性关系;曝光不足,则条带模糊或较浅。
3. 如果曝光后条带不佳,可用洗膜缓冲液洗膜,重新孵育二抗,然后重新用 ECL 曝光。
4. 使用肉眼可见的预染色蛋白 Marker 和荧光-放射自显影曝光标签可精确确定胶片上条带的位置和大小。
5. NaN3 会抑制 HRP 活性,回收二抗应避免使用 NaN3,如必需使用勿超过 0.01%。
