About TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium
TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium is a serum-free medium (SFM) specially formulated for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD SFM enables superior human MSC growth and increased consistency compared to classical serum-supplemented medium (DMEM + 10% FBS). Using TheraPEAK Chemically Defined Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium, human MSCs can be expanded beyond 5 passages while still maintaining their tri-lineage mesoderm differentiation potential (i.e., ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages).
In addition, TheraPEAK MSCGM-CD SFM facilitates expansion of MSCs directly from primary human bone marrow.
