Precision Plus Protein™全蓝蛋白质标准品是10种重组蛋白（10－250kD）混合物，包含3条指示带（25, 50, 75kD），可以应用50次。产品主要应用于SDS-PAGE。小型胶（考马斯亮蓝染色）加样体积10µl，小型胶（荧光杂交检测）加样体积 5µl（1:10稀释）。建议加样缓冲液：30% （w/v） glycerol, 2% SDS, 62.5 mM Tris, pH 6.8, 50 mM DTT, 5 mM EDTA, 0.02% NaN3, 0.01% bromophenol blue（溴酚蓝）。
