1001 ScienCell 内皮细胞培养基（ECM）是专门为正常人类微血管内皮细胞体外培养设计的zui适于其生长的完全培养基。完全配制的培养基包括基础培养基和添加剂ECGS, FBS and P/S。

 

ScienCell 1001产品概述

ScienCell 1001 ECM内皮细胞培养基是经灭菌的液体培养基，包含必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、有机和无机化合物、激素、生长因子（ECGSECGF）、微量矿物质和低浓度胎牛血清(5%)。内皮细胞培养基（ECM）缓冲体系为重碳酸盐，在含5%CO2的细胞培养箱中平衡后pH值为7.4。内皮细胞培养基（ECM）的配方能够选择性的促进正常人类微血管内皮细胞体外培养中的增殖和生长，并为其达到zui理想营养平衡状态提供数量上和质量上的保证。

产品组份

Sciencell 1001 内皮细胞培养基包括：500mL基础培养基，25mL FBS，5mL内皮细胞生长因子（ECGS），5mL penicillin/streptomycin solution。

注意：FBS, ECGS 和P/S没有预混好。要配制完整的ECM培养基需要分别添加。

 

使用

Sciencell 1001 内皮细胞培养基仅供科研使用。

 

1001 ECM Instructions for Use

Thaw ECGS, FBS and P/S solution at 37oC. Gently tilt the tubes several times to ensure the contents are compley mixed before adding to the medium. Spray the medium bottle and tubes with 70% ethanol, and wipe to remove excess liquid. In a sterile field, remove the caps withouttouching the interior threads with fingers. Add ECGS, FBS and P/S solution to the medium and mix well. Since several components are light-labile, the medium should not be exposed to light for extended periods. We do not recommend warming medium in a 37oC water bath prior to use.When stored in the dark at 4oC, the reconstituted medium is stable for one month.

ECGS, FBS and P/S 溶液37℃溶解。加入培养基前试管弹拨几次使内容物充分溶解。培养基瓶子和试管用70%酒精消毒。无菌环境中，开盖时注意不要让手指碰到内壁。添加ECGS, FBS and P/S 到培养基并且充分混匀。由于多种成分是光不稳定的，培养基要避光使用。使用前不推荐用37℃水浴加热培养基。避光4℃保存时，重新配制的培养基能稳定放置1个月。
