克隆号M1/70单克隆抗体与小鼠和人CD11b反应，CD11b是一种170 kDa的膜糖蛋白，也称为整合素αM(ITGAM)。CD11b属于整合素α家族，主要在粒细胞和单核细胞/巨噬细胞上表达，但也在树突细胞、NK细胞以及T和B细胞亚群上表达。CD11b和CD18结合形成Mac-1。Mac-1作为补体受体以及纤维蛋白原、因子X和ICAM1的受体发挥作用。
