In Vivo
Mice(ight-week-old male DBA/2J mice),0.5% Na-CMC,灌胃
The mice were randomly divided into six groups (n = 6): normal mice group (NC); diabetic mice group (DM); Fer-1 intraperitoneal injected diabetic mice group (Fer-1); 1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) intraperitoneal injected diabetic mice group (vehicle-P); fenofibrate intragastric administrated diabetic mice group (Fn); 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC; Jinpan,Beijing, China) intragastric administrated diabetic mice group (vehicleG). During the duration of 12-week treatment, the diabetic mice in the Fn and vehicle-G groups received intragastric treatment of fenofibrate (100 mg/kg, dissolved in 0.5% Na-CMC) and 0.5% Na-CMC every day, respectively.
