 FGF-acidic is one of 23 known members of the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development and postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-acidic is a non-glycosylated heparin binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, kidney, retina, smooth muscle cells, bone matrix, osteoblasts, astrocytes and endothelial cells. FGF-acidic has the ability to signal through all the FGF receptors. Recombinant murine FGF-acidic is a 15.9 kDa protein consisting of 141 amino acid residues.

      标准级再生纤维素（RC）膜采用经再生处理的天然棉绒纤维制成，膜透明，柔韧，性能稳定，孔径精确，是实验室常规脱盐，换液以及大分子纯化等透析处理的理想选择，标准级RC膜具有良好的化学耐受性，可耐受低浓度的强酸碱溶液，高浓度的弱酸碱溶液，醇及温和有机溶剂，包括DMSO。长时间接触强有机溶剂可能造成膜损坏。标准级RC膜适用HP范围为2-12，适用温度范围为4-121 °C。Spectra/Por6仅含有极低水平的重金属杂质，一般不会影响实验结果，如实验样品较为敏感，可使用重金属漂洗液于使用前进行预处理。Spectra/Por7进一步增加预处理工艺以zui大限度降低重金属和硫化物的含量。

Recombinant Human FGF-basic：

Basic fibroblast growth factor is a member of the fibroblast growth factor （FGF） family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. This protein functions as a modifier of endothelial cell migration and proliferation, as well as an angiogenic factor. It acts as a mitogen for a variety of mesoderm- and neuroectoderm-derived cells in vitro, thus is thought to be involved in organogenesis. Three alternatively spliced variants encoding different isoforms have been described. The heparin-binding growth factors are angiogenic agents in vivo and are potent mitogens for a variety of cell types in vitro. There are differences in the tissue distribution and concentration of these 2 growth factors.
