产品介绍

TransIT®-mRNA 转染试剂盒主要用于将RNA转染到细胞中，该产品毒性较低，转染的细胞种类广泛。RNA的转染避免了转录调控作用，直接将RNA传递到细胞质中进行表达。TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒可用于递送多种RNA分子，包括mRNA和病毒RNAs (2 – 10 kb)。TransIT®-mRNA 转染试剂盒有多种应用，如短期蛋白表达，病毒生产和复制研究。  

TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒包含TransIT®-mRNA试剂和mRNA Boost试剂两部分。本试剂盒在不需要改变培养基的情况下，可以在存在血清的情况下进行转染，并得到最佳转染效果。

Mirus  TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒数据和文献 

Cas9 mRNA +引导RNA寡核苷酸的高效基因组编辑。

HEK 293T/17、U2OS和NHDF细胞共转染0.5µg的Cas9编码mRNA, 5meC， ψ (Trilink Biotechnologies)和25nM的PPIB靶向2部分gRNA (Dharmacon)，使用TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒(mRNA Reagent和Boost, Mirus Bio, 24孔板0.5µl/孔)。用T7E1错配检测方法测量转染后48小时的切割效率。

(2)TransIT®-mRNA Transfection Kit转染GFP mRNA到DC 2.4树突状细胞。 

使用TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒，用(A) 0.5µg，(B) 1µg和(C) 2.5µg的戴帽和聚腺苷酸化的mRNA编码的GFP，用1µl TransIT®-mRNA Reagent和1µl Boost转染DC 2.4细胞。细胞在24孔板中以100,000个细胞/孔培养过夜。转染后10小时拍摄图像。


mRNA转染，Mirus专业转染试剂来帮忙 

使用TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒转染荧光素酶mRNA后的高水平荧光素酶表达。

使用TransIT®-mRNA转染试剂盒对12孔板中的细胞进行转染，转染戴帽和聚腺苷化的mRNA编码荧光素酶。转染后大约18小时，收集细胞，并测定每孔荧光素酶的总活性。


 


转染实验操作流程

Type Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal.
Introduction CD1a is a transmembrane glycoproteins, which is structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. CD1a mediates the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1. The CD1 family members are thought to differ in their cellular localization and specificity for particular lipid ligands. The protein encoded by this gene localizes to the plasma membrane and to recycling vesicles of the early endocytic system. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed, but their biological validity has not been determined.

Purification Method Ion exchange column.
Protein concentration 1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
Storage Procedures Lyophilized: store at 4oC. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20oC.
Reconstitution Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Antibody Properties Staining antibody. For staining, use 10 µl/1,000,000 cells.
This antibody recognizes human thymocytes.

产品描述

FLuc mRNA表达一种荧光素酶蛋白，该蛋白最初是从萤火虫体内分离出来的。荧光素酶通常用于动物细胞培养中的基因表达和细胞活性检测。在荧光素底物的存在下能够发光。

该mRNA使用Trilink公司专利加帽法cleancap产生的天然的cap1帽结构，cleancap的加帽效率较高。该mRNA具有PolyA尾巴，且经过5-甲氧基尿苷修饰，针对哺乳动物系统进行了优化，和天然成熟的mRNA相似。
