■ 制品说明
沙门氏菌(Salmonella) 是重要的肠道致病菌，这一类细菌在自然界中分布很广，其中有2,500多种被确认为血清型。近年来由于Salmonella Enteritidis引起的食物中毒急剧增加。本试剂盒是根据中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫行业标准《SN/T 1059.7-2010 进出口食品中沙门氏菌检测方法 实时荧光PCR法》开发的用于定性检测沙门氏菌的Real Time PCR试剂盒。试剂盒中采用一种 2X浓度的Premix Type试剂，进行实验时，PCR反应液的配制十分方便简单。制品中的DNA聚合酶使用了改良后的Hot Start法用 DNA聚合酶TaKaRa Ex Taq HS，与Takara精心研制的Real Time PCR用Buffer组合使用，可以有效抑制非特异性的PCR扩增，大大提高PCR的扩增效率，能进行高灵敏度的Real Time PCR扩增反应。本检测无需电泳，简单快速，灵敏度高、特异性强。

Premix Ex Taq（Probe qPCR）4℃保存（稳定性高达6个月）。 运输储存全程需要高度防污染。 收货后4℃保存。使用前轻轻颠倒以确保试剂完全溶解并充分混匀。 可在-20℃长期保存，一旦融解请于4℃保存，并在6个月之内使用完。
