Asprosin，一种新型的葡萄糖调控蛋白激素，能够快速诱导生成葡萄糖并且调控肝脏中葡萄糖的释放。Asprosin(白脂素）是由哺乳动物白色脂肪组织产生的一种蛋白激素，该激素在产生后会被转移到肝脏，通过激活G蛋白-cAMP-PKA信号通路增加肝脏葡萄糖的生成，导致蛋白激酶a的激活。Asprosin通过cAMP依赖性途径刺激促食欲的AgRP+（刺鼠相关神经肽）神经元，并以GABA依赖性方式抑制促食欲神经元POMC+（促阿片黑皮素）神经元。Asprosin水平的降低可防止代谢综合征相关的高胰岛素血症。

IL-38（IL-1F10）属于IL-1蛋白家族。IL-38在心脏、胎盘、胎肝、脾脏、胸腺和扁桃体中表达。在多种免疫组织中的表达以及与IL-1Ra的相似性表明IL-38在炎症反应中的作用。据报道，去除IL-1F家族白细胞介素的N端结构域，如IL-1F5/6/8或9（也称为IL-36Ra、IL-36α、IL-36β或IL-36γ），对提高其生物活性很重要。最近有研究表明，IL-38是由凋亡细胞N端加工和分泌的。释放的加工IL-38（20-152）与巨噬细胞表面的受体白细胞介素-1受体辅助蛋白样1（IL1RAPL；TIGIRR-2）结合。经处理的IL-38激活的IL1RAPL1可减少IL-6的产生，从而减轻炎症。IL-38在系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病中不受调节。

前颗粒蛋白（Progranulin，PGRN）是一种富含半胱氨酸的蛋白质，由~ 6kDa大小的颗粒蛋白（granulin，GRN）组成，具有多功能生物活性，在癌症、炎症、代谢性疾病和神经退行性疾病中发挥重要作用，尤其是作为额颞叶变性（FTLD）的重要生物标志物。PGRN是一种丰富的、非常规的、应激诱导的、和细胞外基质结合的分泌型生长因子样分子和细胞质伴侣，在细胞和疾病特异性模式中发挥作用。PGRN以细胞/组织特异性和条件/疾病依赖性的方式与几种功能不同的受体家族结合。例如，与TNFR和DR3结合的PGRN在免疫细胞中具有重要的抗炎作用，特别是在Tregs和巨噬细胞中。PGRN/肝配蛋白A型受体2（EphA2）相互作用参与了PGRN的增殖作用。PGRN结合并激活Notch受体，增强受损神经元的再生能力。PGRN也是一种溶酶体驻留蛋白，并且LRP 1已被证明是PGRN在原溶血素的帮助下的溶酶体运输受体。在大脑中，PGRN主要在成熟神经元和小胶质细胞中表达。小胶质细胞中缺乏PGRN导致多种细胞因子的产生和释放增加，表明PGRN调节小胶质细胞的激活。PGRN影响小胶质细胞的增殖、募集、分化、激活和吞噬作用，这表明PGRN在调节神经炎症反应中起着核心作用。在神经元中，PGRN与跨膜蛋白TMEM106B共定位在晚期内体和早期溶酶体中，与沿轴突的标记物如BDNF共定位，影响突触和突触外位点的突触结构和功能，并以活性依赖的方式分泌，细胞外PGRN被胞吞并递送至溶酶体。PGRN的溶酶体功能尚未得到很好的表征，但可能涉及组织蛋白酶、葡萄糖脑苷脂酶（GBA）或TMEM106B等蛋白质的调节，并可能影响神经退行性变化。

脂联素，也称为Acrp30、AdipoQ和GBP-28，是apM1基因的产物，在脂肪细胞中特异性高表达，是胰岛素抗性和2型糖尿病（T2DM）的一个有前途的生物标志物。临床研究表明，低脂联素水平与胰岛素抵抗有关，并且先于2型糖尿病的发作。在控制不良的2型糖尿病患者和患有冠心病的糖尿病患者中观察到糖尿病患者的脂联素水平较低。另外，脂联素浓度与葡萄糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯浓度、肝脏脂肪含量和体重指数呈负相关，与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、肝脏胰岛素敏感性和胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖处理呈正相关。在临床环境中使用脂联素分析的好处包括：（a）预测糖尿病风险和代谢状态，以及（b）提供监测代谢改善的工具。

 

脂联素还抑制动脉粥样硬化的炎症过程，分别抑制血管内皮细胞和巨噬细胞中粘附和细胞因子分子的表达。这种脂肪因子在缺血损伤后心肌重塑中作为新形成胶原的支架发挥作用，并且还通过促进血管内皮细胞中腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶和Akt信号之间的串扰来刺激血管生成。冠心病患者血清脂联素水平较低。总之，脂联素水平的监测和影响其产生或受体的过程的监测是预防和治疗肥胖症、胰岛素抵抗、高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的有希望的靶点。

FGL1（纤维蛋白原样蛋白1，也称为肝细胞衍生的纤维蛋白原相关蛋白1，HFREP-1或Hepassocin）最初被鉴定为肝细胞癌中过表达的转录物和富含再生肝脏的转录物。FGL1是一种34kDa的蛋白质，结构上类似于血管生成素样因子2、3、4和6，可调节脂质代谢和能量利用。有人提出，FGL1是一种在肝脏代谢和肝脏再生中具有潜在作用的新兴蛋白质组的成员。最近，FGL1也被证明在人类癌症中上调，并且是LAG-3的主要功能配体。FGL1以不依赖MHC-II的方式与LAG-3相互作用，这种相互作用涉及FGL1纤维蛋白原样结构域和LAG-3 D1-D2结构域。FGL1-LAG-3相互作用阻断通过刺激T细胞扩增和活化促进肿瘤免疫。FGL1形成两个二硫键连接的同二聚体以及比二聚体形式更好结合LAG-3的更高分子量的同寡聚体，这种与LAG-3的结合抑制T细胞应答。FGL1是人类癌细胞高度分泌的产物，肿瘤患者血浆中FGL1的升高与预后不良和抗PD -1/B7-H1治疗的耐药性有关。

右图是使用本产品对神经元分化的小鼠P19细胞中磷酸-ERK1/2和非磷酸-ERK1/2的影响进行分析。将未分化的小鼠P19细胞在含有10%胎牛血清的最低必需培养基（MEM）中用1μM维甲酸（RA）诱导分化3~4天，形成聚集体。然后在无RA的情况下将聚集体放置在平板上培养3~4天。分别在37°C下在0、5、10、30、60、120分钟内通过向神经元分化的小鼠P19细胞中加入重组蛋白（500ng/ml）进行反应，该细胞在血清饥饿下维持24小时。在泳道1、2、3、4、5和6分别在0、5、10、30、60和120分钟内用本产品进行处理，显影成像结果（GAPDH用作上样对照）。
