B型CpG寡核苷酸 – 人源优先 TLR9 配体
CpG ODNs 是合成的寡核苷酸,包含一段特定的非甲基化CpG核苷酸(CpG motifs)。这些CpG motifs在细菌DNA中出现的频率是哺乳动物DNA的20倍。CpG ODNs可被Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9)识别,产生强效免疫调节效果。
ODN 2006是B型CpG ODN,倾向于激活人源TLR9。B型CpG ODN全部由硫代磷酸二酯键骨架构成,含有一个或多个CpG核苷酸。B型CpG ODN是B细胞的强活化剂,但是刺激浆样树突细胞分泌IFN-α的能力却很弱。
