Chrono-log offers a complete line of highly concentrated platelet aggregation reagents. Because of the high concentrations of Chrono-log reagents, only micro-portions of reagent are used per test, resulting in high accuracy and extremely low cost per test. The standard aggregation reagents thrombin, ADP, collagen, ristocetin, epinephrine and arachidonic acid are available as well as CHRONO-LUMETM reagent for determination of dense granule release when used in the Chrono-log Lumi-Aggregometer.
Chrono-log also provides a complete system to perform the ristocetin cofactor assay including the Reagent Kit, Software Package and Dual or Four- Channel Optical Aggregometers, priced to make diagnosis of Von WILLEBRAND’s disease affordable.
Millipore offers three different Immobilon PVDF membranes, each optimized for different protein blotting applications. We also now offer blotting sandwiches that feature pre-cut sheets of membrane and blotting filter paper.
Immobilon membranes provide a number of advantages compared to nitrocellulose. They won’t crack or curl, and they can be cut without fracturing. They also have low background, broad solvent compatibility, and superior staining capabilities. In addition, they can be reprobed multiple times.
