Because of the high concentrations of Chrono-log reagents, only micro-portions of reagent are used per test, resulting in high accuracy and extremely low cost per test. The standard aggregation reagents thrombin, ADP, collagen, ristocetin, epinephrine and arachidonic acid are available as well as CHRONO-LUMETM reagent for determination of dense granule release when used in the Chrono-log Lumi-Aggregometer.
