产品简介：
本产品主要成分为抗菌素，可以用于控制灭杀血清、培养基、细胞中的“黑胶虫”，对常见的细菌也有一定的抑制与清除作用。本产品在清除大部分种类“黑胶虫”的同时，几乎不影响细胞本身的生长增殖，确保细胞实验能够正常进行。
使用方法：
1、使用前瞬时离心混匀。
2、确认需要处理的细胞密度在50%-70%。
3、弃除原本的培养基，用PBS清洗细胞2-3次，加入新鲜含有黑胶虫去除试剂的完全培养基（建议稀释比例为1:500，即5ml培养基中加入10ul黑胶虫去除试剂），放入培养箱中正常培养。
4、每两天用含黑胶虫去除试剂的完全培养基换液或者传代一次，连续处理三次，“黑胶虫”现象即有明显消除。
注意事项：
1、 稀释比例可根据具体的细胞情况进行调整，一般在1:400-1:1000之间进行调整。
2、 因环境中依然可能存在污染源，为了防止细胞再次污染，建议继续使用含去除试剂的完全培养基培养1-2周，以达到预防的效果。
3、 本产品中含有抗菌素，请勿与其他抗生素添加剂混用，以免产生拮抗作用。
4、 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。

保存条件：
