CHIR99021 (CT99021)
is a glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) inhibitor with IC50 less than 10 nM. Compared to other GSK-3 inhibitors, CHIR-99201 does not exhibit cross-reactivity against cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) with 350-fold selectivity toward GSK-3β compared to CDKs .

用于大肠菌群的鉴定(NMKL),每100ml培养基中添加1支致泻大肠埃希氏菌套装生化鉴定管,包含蛋白胨水、半固体琼脂、氰化钾、氰化钾对照、赖氨酸、氨基酸对照、尿素琼脂、氧化酶等。
配制方法:
称取本品56.2g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中(可按比例增加或减少配制量),加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷却至50℃左右时,每100mL培养基中加入1支致泻大肠埃希氏菌套装生化鉴定管,混匀倒入无菌平皿,备用。
