Protein Molecular Weight Marker (Broad Range)是由九种纯化好的不同分子量的蛋白质组成的，它的分子量范围为：6.5 KDa～200 KDa。进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳后，经考马斯亮蓝R－250染色后的各种蛋白质的条带强度均一。本制品稀释20倍后进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，以每个泳道取5 μl(for SDS-PAGE mini gel)电泳计算时，本制品约可使用200次。
 
■ 保存
Protein Molecular Weight Marker和1 M DTT可在-20℃下保存。
5X Loading Buffer使用后于室温保存。
 
■ 5-20%梯度SDS-PAGE电泳结果:

■ 注意事项
推荐使用5-20%的聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶。浓度太低时，低分子量的蛋白迁移速度快于溴酚兰；浓度太高时，高分子量的蛋白分离效果不好，有可能聚集于分离胶的上部。

将本制品稀释20倍后进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，以每个泳道取5 μl(for SDS-PAGE mini gel)电泳计算时，本制品约可使用200次。
 
■ 保存
Protein Molecular Weight Marker和1 M DTT可在-20℃下保存。
