BioXCell： InVivoMAb anti-mouse/rat IL-1β（B122）
克隆号B122单克隆抗体能与小鼠和大鼠IL-1β的前体和成熟分泌形式反应，IL-1β是主要由单核细胞产生的17 kDa促炎细胞因子。IL-1β是炎症反应的重要介质，参与多种细胞活动，包括细胞增殖、分化、凋亡以及T和B淋巴细胞活化。IL-1由IL-1α和IL-1β组成，它们是不同基因的产物，但被两种不同的IL-1受体识别。IL-1受体I型，一种80kDa的跨膜蛋白，具有IL-1信号传导功能；IL-1受II型，一种68kDa的膜蛋白，具有相对较短的细胞质尾II型受体作为IL-1的诱饵靶，通过阻止IL-1与II型受体的结合来抑制IL-1的活性。据报道，B122抗体可中和天然或重组IL-1β的生物活性。
