■ 制品说明
Takara Stable Competent Cells通过破坏同源重组相关的遗传基因，来提高DNA的稳定性。因此，它适用于克隆不稳定的DNA，包括poly(A)序列和重复序列等。此外，由于本产品缺失T1噬菌体感染所需的fhuA遗传基因，因此对该噬菌体具有抗性。
推荐使用In-Fusion Snap Assembly Master Mix（Code No. 638943/638944/638947～638949）进行克隆。使用pUC类载体时，可利用β-半乳糖苷酶的α-互补性，通过X-Gal＊分解，对菌落进行蓝白斑筛选。

■ 保存
-80℃。
注意：如果未在-80℃下保存，转化效率将会降低。请使用附带的 pUC19对照质粒来确认保存细胞的转化效率。不能液氮保存。
 
■ 注意事项
· 请按需取用感受态细胞。转移时，请放入干冰/乙醇中。
· 可使用1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes代替14 ml圆底tubes (BD Code 352059或352057等)（详见使用方法步骤2），但效率可能会降低。
· 使用100μl的感受态细胞时，加入的高纯度DNA样品不要超过 10 ng。否则转化效率会降低。当改变感受态细胞数量或tube类型时，适当调整反应条件。例如，当使用1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes时，42℃温育60秒（详见使用方法步骤5.）。
· 培养时，请根据所用载体，将抗生素添加至培养基中。
· 当加入X-Gal时，按照以下操作进行：
将20 mg/ml X-Gal（溶解于二甲基甲酰胺)按200-300 μl/100 ml的比例加入到琼脂培养基中。
· 不建议将解冻的感受态细胞再次冷冻保存。
