    概述

    HpaII 甲基转移酶与 MspI 甲基转移酶识别序列相同，但对左侧序列中的内侧胞嘧啶（C5）进行甲基化。 

    来源

    重组 E. coli 菌株，携带有从副流感嗜血杆菌（Haemophilus parainfluenzae）（ATCC 49669）克隆的 HpaII 修饰基因。 

    反应条件

    1X HpaII 甲基转移酶缓冲液 + SAM
    [50 mM Tris-HCl（pH 7.5 @ 25℃），10 mM EDTA，5 mM 2-巯基乙醇]。加入 80 μM SAM（随酶提供），37℃ 温育。
    热失活：65℃ 加热 20 分钟。 

    单位定义

    1 单位指在 10 μl 反应体系中，37℃ 条件下，1 小时能保护 1 μg λDNA 不被 HpaII 限制性内切酶切割所需要的酶量。 

    浓度

    4,000 units/ml。

    2、初次使用参考推荐的稀释比例，实际实验操作过程中需根据抗原和抗体的具体情况适当调节二抗的稀释比例。但应注意，需现用现配，因为稀释后抗体的有效活性会很快降低。

    3、-20℃保存，避免反复冻融。

    4、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。
