生物活性 Aldosterone 是原发性盐皮质激素。Aldosterone 是一种类固醇激素，通过肾上腺皮质的肾小球区 (ZG) 对肾素-血管紧张素系统激活 (RAS) 或高钾饮食反应而合成和分泌。Aldosterone 活性在细胞水平上依赖于胞浆/核盐皮质激素受体 (MR) 的结合和激活。[1-5]
In Vitro 醛固酮（1-1000nm；24小时）以剂量依赖的方式抑制白细胞介素-1β刺激的血管平滑肌细胞产生亚硝酸盐[3]。
In Vivo 醛固酮（1 mg/Kg+1%NaCl；i.h.；每日1次，持续3周）显著升高收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、左室收缩压（LVSP）和左室舒张末压（LVEDP）[4]。醛固酮（0.72 mg/kg/天；14天）使雄性小鼠血压略微升高（14 mmHg）[5]。动物模型：40只雄性Wistar大鼠[4]剂量：1 mg/Kg（+1%NaCl）给药：i.h；每日1次，连续3周。结果：醛固酮盐组大鼠收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、左室收缩压（LVSP）和左室舒张末压（LVEDP）明显升高。
