| 李斯特氏菌是革兰氏阳性的、有鞭毛、无芽孢的短杆菌 (0.4～0.5×0.5～2.0 μm)。在分类学上属于李斯特氏菌属，这个属共有8种菌。其中只有Listeria monocytogenes菌是引起人李斯特氏菌症的病原菌。能引起发热、头痛的同时会引发髓膜炎、败血症、心内膜炎、肺炎等多发性病症。1980年以来作为集体食物中毒的病原菌 (即食物中毒病原菌) 引起人们注意。 本试剂盒是根据中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫行业标准《SN/T 0184.2-2006 食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测方法 第2部分：多重PCR方法》开发的用于检测Listeria monocytogenes的multiplex PCR试剂盒。Tks Gflex DNA Polymerase是在Thermococcus 属古细菌由来的DNA Polymerase的基础上进行改良的PCR聚合酶，该酶能够有效抑制酶与模板DNA的非特异性结合。并具有α型酶特有的高保真性和优良的扩增性。同时体系中添加了Takara特别研发的延伸因子和提高引物特异性的物质，可以实现在很宽的模板浓度范围内进行高速、特异性强的PCR扩增。对于普通PCR酶难扩增 (含有PCR阻害物) 的GC Rich、AT Rich的目的基因均可进行有效扩增。另外其中还添加了能够吸附PCR阻害物的成份和扩增增强因子，对于粗提品也能进行高效的PCR扩增。 本酶添加了在常温下能够抑制DNA Polymerase活性及3’→5’exonuclease活性的抗体，是Hot Start型DNA聚合酶。本检测简单快速，灵敏度高，特异性强。 |

支原体污染会对细胞各个方面都造成不良影响，已经成为细胞培养中高度重视的问题，因此，定期进行支原体污染检测是十分必要的。本支原体检测试剂盒是采用PCR方法，特异性的检测各种培养细胞生物材料（如细胞培养物、实验动物分泌物、动物血清等）中支原体的污染。

| 使用方法 |
1、样品准备：取适量待检细胞培养上清于洁净的PCR管中，利用PCR仪95℃热处理5 min后作为模板。血清样本可利用Mycoplasma Free Water稀释后，取适量样本于洁净的PCR管中，利用PCR仪95℃热处理5 min后作为模板；
2、PCR体系配制：每次实验需设置阴性对照（将1 μL待检样品换成等量的Mycoplasma Free Water）与阳性对照（在1 μL待检样品中加入0.5 μL Positive Control后一起作为Template），实验时戴一次性口罩与手套，谨慎操作，防止操作不当引入外源支原体污染；

This ELISA incorporates some improvements over the Cat. #F050 and F050H kits and is designed to better detect the newer, unnatural constructs of Protein A such as the MabSelect SuReTM ligand sold by GE Healthcare. If you are using a recombinant form of Protein A with very significant structural differences from natural Protein A such as MabSelect SuReTM you should use the Catalog #F400 kit.
Since this kit has been released, 2 newer Protein A assays, known as Mix-N-Go methods, have been developed. These new methods eliminate the sample boiling and centrifugation steps. Instead, a special sample treatment reagent is used that allows for accurate detection of Protein A in the presence of your sample antibody. The Cat. #F600 kit uses standards calibrated against natural and conserved recombinant forms of Protein A. The Cat. #F610 kit uses standards calibrated to unnatural constructs of Protein A such as GE Healthcare's MabSelect SuReTM.
